By proceeding with a transaction in the Eldoria Store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Secure your place in the realm carefully.

1. Delivery of Digital Goods

All items, ranks, and cosmetics sold here are intangible digital goods. After payment is complete, please allow up to 10-15 minutes for the changes to manifest in-game. You must be online on the server to receive your items.

2. Absolute No-Refund Policy

Because these are digital privileges granted instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By making a purchase, you agree not to issue a chargeback or dispute through your bank or PayPal.

Attempting to force a chargeback will instantly trigger a permanent, unappealable ban from the entire Network of Worlds.

3. Server Rules & Penalties

Purchasing a rank does not grant immunity. Eldoria is a brutal world: deceit, hostility, and harsh words between players are part of the survival experience and are permitted. We do not punish for insults.

However, you will be permanently banned and lose your rank without refund for the following crimes:

• Cheating or using unauthorized modifications.
• Attempting to crash, DDoS, or harm the server.
• Malicious exploiting (e.g., duplication glitches).
• Real World Trading (RWT).

4. Support

If your transaction is delayed beyond 30 minutes, do not dispute. Open a ticket in our [Discord Community] with your transaction ID.
